The Grace Framework
I work through my proprietary framework called GRACE. This is not a rigid process, but a gentle yet deep way of supporting real, embodied change whilst honouring your body, nervous system, intuition and your timing.

This is about grounding, stabilising, and feeling safe enough to feel. We focus on connection, presence, and finding your ground so you can actually stay with yourself.

We gently explore patterns, reactions, and the stories you’ve been living inside - not to judge or analyse, but to understand yourself more clearly.

Awareness here means noticing when you’re triggered, when you’re back in an old pattern or story, when you’re self-abandoning, or when you’re outsourcing your guidance.
It’s noticing what’s happening in your body and inner world — without judgement.
This is where self-trust starts to rebuild, because you’re present with yourself instead of overriding yourself.

Now we bring compassion to what awareness reveals. Compassion isn’t an idea - it’s a way of relating.
