7 Signs You Might Benefit from Energy Healing

Energy healing isn't for everyone, and it's not trying to be. But for certain people at certain moments in their lives, it can open a door that nothing else has been able to.

If you've been feeling called toward it, or quietly curious, there's usually a reason. Here are seven signs that energy healing might be worth exploring.

1. You Feel Stuck, Despite Doing "All the Right Things"

You've done the therapy. You journal. You meditate. You exercise, eat well, and know your patterns inside out. And yet, something isn't shifting.

This is one of the most common things I hear from clients. They have deep self-awareness and have done significant inner work, but there's a layer beneath the insight that hasn't moved. They understand why they feel the way they do, but understanding isn't translating into freedom.

Energy healing works at a different level than cognitive or emotional processing. It addresses the energetic imprints, the patterns held in the field, the nervous system, the cellular memory, that the mind can't simply think its way through. For many people, this is the missing piece.

2. You Carry Chronic Physical Tension or Unexplained Symptoms

Your shoulders are always tight. You get frequent headaches. Your digestion is unpredictable. You're exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix.

When the body holds onto unexpressed emotion, unresolved stress, or energetic congestion, it often manifests physically. Chronic tension, fatigue, digestive issues, and other somatic symptoms can be the body's way of communicating what hasn't been processed emotionally and energetically.

Energy healing helps release what's been held in the body, not by bypassing it, but by moving through it. Many clients find that physical tension they've carried for years begins to soften after sessions.

(This is not a substitute for medical care. If you're experiencing physical symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.)

3. You're Going Through a Major Life Transition

A relationship ending. A career change. Loss of a loved one. Moving countries. Becoming a parent. Leaving behind an old identity.

Transitions are energetically demanding. They require us to release what we've outgrown and open to what's becoming, and that process can feel disorienting, grief-filled, or simply exhausting, even when it's a positive change.

Energy healing can be a remarkable support during transitions. It helps clear the energetic residue of what's ending, supports the nervous system through uncertainty, and helps anchor you into the next version of yourself.

4. You Feel Energetically Depleted or Scattered

There's a kind of tiredness that goes beyond needing more sleep. It's a depletion at the level of vitality itself, a feeling of being drained, ungrounded, scattered, or like you can't fully land in your body or your life.

This often happens when we've been over-giving, operating from survival mode, absorbing others' energy, or living out of alignment with what we actually need.

Energy healing works to restore, rebalance, and replenish, addressing depletion at the source rather than just managing symptoms. Many clients leave sessions feeling a sense of fullness, groundedness, or aliveness that they had forgotten was possible.

5. You're Drawn to Spiritual Growth and Deeper Self-Understanding

Not all healing is about fixing something that's broken. Sometimes we come to healing practices because we're in a phase of expansion, a genuine desire to know ourselves more deeply, to live more consciously, to awaken to something beyond the surface.

Energy healing can be a profound tool for spiritual development. It supports the clearing of old patterns, the opening of intuition, and a deeper connection with your own inner knowing. Many clients who come to me not in crisis, but in growth, find that sessions accelerate and deepen their path in ways they didn't expect.

6. You Sense That Your Emotional Pain Has Roots You Haven't Reached

Sometimes we can trace our struggles to experiences we understand, a difficult childhood, a painful relationship, a loss. Other times, there's something harder to articulate: a sense of pain or limitation that feels older, deeper, or more pervasive than any single event.

Energy healing can work with what's held in the lineage, the field, and the deeper layers of self that lie beneath conscious memory. It isn't about analysis, it's about accessing and shifting what's present at a level that words don't always reach.

7. Something in You Keeps Coming Back to It

Maybe you've been thinking about trying energy healing for months. Maybe a friend mentioned it and it stayed with you. Maybe you're reading this and something in you is saying yes.

Intuition is worth listening to. If something keeps pulling your attention, even if your logical mind isn't sure it makes sense, that's often the wisest signal of all.

You don't need to fully understand how energy healing works to experience it. Many of my most profound sessions happen with clients who came in sceptical and simply stayed curious.

What Energy Healing Actually Looks Like (With Me)

My sessions combine energy alchemy, intuitive work, and somatic awareness. We don't just work with the surface, we go into the body, the field, and the deeper layers of your experience to understand what's held there and support its release and integration.

I work with clients in person in Ericeira, Portugal, and online with people around the world. Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes.

If any of the signs above resonated, I'd love to connect. Book a free discovery call here.
